Welcome to Hearth & Hobbies LLC ("Hearth & Hobbies," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using our website at hearthandhobbies.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Hearth & Hobbies is a pop-up community gathering experience for mothers located in Effingham County, Georgia and surrounding areas.
🎟️ Ticket Purchases & Payments
- All ticket sales are final. Due to the limited and intimate nature of our events, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
- Tickets are sold per person and are non-transferable to a different event tier.
- Ticket prices are listed per person and include the amenities described in each pricing tier at the time of purchase.
- Hearth & Hobbies reserves the right to update pricing for future events at any time.
🌙 Transfers & Rollovers
If you are unable to attend an event you have purchased a ticket for:
- You may transfer your ticket to a friend or loved one at no charge. Please notify us in advance so we can update our guest list.
- You may roll your ticket over to the next available Hearth & Hobbies event. Tickets can only be rolled over once. After that, the ticket cannot be moved again or refunded.
- Rollover requests must be made prior to the event date.
🎉 Rescheduling & Cancellations by Us
- In the rare case that Hearth & Hobbies must reschedule an event, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may roll your ticket over to the next available event (once) or request a full refund.
- If an event is canceled entirely by Hearth & Hobbies, all guests will receive a full refund or the option to roll their ticket over to an event date of their choosing.
🏠 Adult-Only Policy
Hearth & Hobbies events are adult-only experiences. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. We are unable to accommodate children or provide childcare at our events at this time. This policy exists to maintain an intentional, peaceful atmosphere and to comply with our event insurance requirements.
We are actively working to partner with certified childcare providers so that no mama has to miss out. More on that soon. 🧡
📸 Photography & Media
By attending a Hearth & Hobbies event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for use on our website and social media channels (@hearth.and.hobbies).
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us at the start of the event and we will respect your request.
⚠️ Liability & Safety
Hearth & Hobbies LLC takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe and welcoming environment at all events. However, by attending you acknowledge and agree that:
- You participate in all activities at your own risk.
- Hearth & Hobbies LLC is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during an event.
- You are responsible for any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we make every effort to offer a variety of refreshments, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Hearth & Hobbies reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

By submitting your email address through our website or sign-up forms, you agree to receive updates about upcoming events, announcements, and community news from Hearth & Hobbies.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
